Gordon Ramsey's Scrambled Eggs
serves 4
Ingredients
- 3 ea fresh whole eggs
- 2 T butter
- 1 T creme fraiche
- 1 T chives, chopped
Instructions
- Break the eggs into a pan, add 1T butter, and place over medium-high heat, stirring constantly with a spatula. Periodically remove from heat, continue stirring, and return to heat.
- When the eggs start to firm up, add the remaining butter. Continue stirring while remove and returning to the heat.
- When the eggs are almost done, remove from heat, stir in the creme freche, season to taste, and stir in the chives.
- Plate and serve.
