Gordon Ramsey's Scrambled Eggs
serves 4

Instructions

  1. Break the eggs into a pan, add 1T butter, and place over medium-high heat, stirring constantly with a spatula. Periodically remove from heat, continue stirring, and return to heat.
  2. When the eggs start to firm up, add the remaining butter. Continue stirring while remove and returning to the heat.
  3. When the eggs are almost done, remove from heat, stir in the creme freche, season to taste, and stir in the chives.
  4. Plate and serve.
